WHY THE SKY IS FAR AWAY

* It is an African folk tale.
* Once the Sky was very close to earth that when the people were hungry they would just break a piece of sky and eat it.
* It tasted like ripe bananas and roasted potatoes.
* Their King Oba had a beautiful palace.
*  The people wasted the pieces of the sky and would throw the extra pieces in the garbage.
* The sky becomes dark and warns people not to throw its pieces in the garbage.
* But one man named Adami was not careful.. He took many pieces of the sky and asked his wife and sons to eat.. But they could not.. So he threw them in the garbage.
* The sky became angry and said people to harvest their own food and went away.
